The mayors (or representatives) of Oak Harbor, Coupeville, and Langley will discuss the state of their cities when the League of Women Voters hosts its annual dinner at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17 at Whidbey Golf and Country Club in Oak Harbor.
