Whidbey Island Music Teachers’ Association presents a workshop at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17 at the home of Verna Morgan, located at 316 Gramayre, Coupeville.

Yelena Balabanova, an accomplished music scholar originally from Moscow, will present, “The Power to Be Nervous,” and “ Out of My Mind, Back in Five Minutes.”
