Six measures on statewide ballot

Election day is coming up this Tuesday, Nov. 8, and this year's ballot includes six statewide measures. Perhaps the most controversial proposals are two dueling health-care initiatives. Each attempts to improve health-care costs by changing various malpractice rules.
