The Washington State Department of Transportation will host an open house in Coupeville from 5:30 to 7:30 pm Tuesday, March 14, to inform the public about upcoming road work and Island County projects. The open house will focus on the 30-mile paving project WSDOT contractors are starting next month on Highway 525 and Highway 20.

The meeting is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 14 at Coupeville High School, 501 S. Main Street.

It’s designed as a drop-in open house with no formal presentation; people can visit and ask questions of staff anytime during the two hours.
