Cedric Morrison Jr.

Cedric F. Morrison Jr. left his beloved family and friends on earth to join his loved ones already with the Lord on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, 2002.

He battled cancer with courage and dignity, defying the odds because of his unwavering desire to live life. His unfailing cheerfulness, kindness have earned him a permanent place in the hearts of his family and friends.

Bill Wasloski, his partner of 39 years, says, “To my love, I say Godspeed, but never goodbye.”

Mr. Morrison was born Jan. 26, 1945, in Seattle to Mae Belle Vance and Cedric Morrison Sr.

Mr. Morrison’s family and friends extend their thanks to Dr. Andrew Jacobs and everyone at Virginia Mason and Hospice for their kindness and care.

A celebration gathering will be held Dec. 7 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Mezzanine Room of Tower at 801, 801 Pine St., Seattle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Hospice of Seattle.
