Joe passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 13, 2014. He is survived by his wife Lacey, daughters Gina Brooks, Lisa Webb, AnnMarie Tutino; his son Greg Hughes; and his seven grandchildren: Angela Tiffault, Jason Brooks, Carey Webb, Bryan Webb, Julie Ann Brooks, Tessa Hughes and Madeline Hughes. He has five great-grandchildren.

There will be a funeral mass at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 8, at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 185 N. Oak Harbor St., and a celebration of his life at noon at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 3259 Old Goldie Road.
