Life long Whidbey Island resident Marian E. Bartleson passed away on November 16, 2016 in Spokane, WA. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Oak Harbor Lutheran Church. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wallin Funeral Home. A complete obituary will follow.
