Victoria passed away on Jan. 21 in Coupeville.

Victoria was born on April 2, 1957 to Henry and Jean Fletcher. She was the oldest of six children. She taught us kindness and love through her words and actions. She helped us to focus on what is good in life and to be kind to others.

Victoria was preceded in death by her father Henry Jr., her brother Robert and sister Linda.

She is survived by her mother Jean, brothers Henry III and Roy, sister Carole (Tim) Stafford, niece Alissa (Kyle) Max, nephew Stephan Lee, niece Jessica (Danny) Velez, nephew Jeffery Smit, and great-nephews Kenneth and Julian Max.

A celebration of her life will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Feb. 12 at the family home in Langley.
