Walter Henry Foote Jr. passed away, Nov. 15 , after his battle with cancer.

Wally was born to Walter and Naomi Foote on Nov. 7, 1942, at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle and graduated Queen Ann High School in 1961.

Wally enjoyed fishing, golf, garage sales and giving gifts to all his friends. He also liked to mow people’s lawns when they were gone. He had a quick-witted sense of humor.

Walter is survived by daughter Traci Arkell and granddaughter Hayley Button; brother Kelly, his wife Shirley Foote and their daughter, Rachael and her husband Tim Guntle and their children Kalynn, Savannah, Ryanne, Michael and Gus; and sister Naomi Vyrostek and her children Robin Weigel and Naomi Lucente and her daughter, Erica Lucente.
