To the editor:

I believe in recognizing outstanding service.

Billy Duchar, owner of Island Concierge, provides the “Nordstrom” customer service on South Whidbey.

Not only can he clean a roof, fix a generator, or cater a wedding; no job seems too little or too big.

Billy gets it done, with great customer service, competence, and he will probably bring you a latte as he begins his work.

His competence, his ownership of his work and his ethics are beyond exemplary.
