To the editor:

CADA (Citizens Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault) wishes to thank all for the success of our fundraiser at South Whidbey High School on Saturday night.

To the crowd who filled the auditorium and turned the event into a celebration of community, thank you for your support. To the organizations and individuals who made this wonderful evening possible, thank you.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dennis Coleman, artistic director and organizing spirit of the Seattle Men’s Chorus and the Seattle Women’s Chorus and to the men and women of the choruses who donated their time, their talents and their energy to CADA. Our gratitude and thanks to the sponsors of the event: Windermere offices on Whidbey, Puget Sound Energy and Whidbey Marketplace. And a special thanks to Laura Blankenship and her friends who baked and sold refreshments at the event, and Terry Bible and his friends who cooked and shopped, and provided supper for 130-plus musicians.
