To the editor:

On behalf of the staff and board of Ryan’s House I would like to take this moment to thank all of those businesses and individuals who helped make our ground-breaking celebration a huge success: maurice’s of Oak Harbor, Bahia, Boomerang, Brown Bear, Clinton Food Mart, Coupeville Red Apple, Jim Freeman, Flowers By The Bay, Frankie Petitclerc, Gewkow Construction, Ray Green, Hanson’s Building Supply, Island Dance, Langley CMA, Rebecca Leisher, Chris and Jerry Lubinski, Michael Stadler Photography, Northwest Public Relations, Oak Harbor Albertsons, Payless Grocery Store, the South Whidbey Record, the South Whidbey School District, the Goose Community Grocer, Oak Harbor Walmart, David Welton, Whidbey Coffee and Whidbey Island A’s Model A Club.

We couldn’t have done it without all of the community support and I know that with the generosity of the island we can build this shelter.
