$40 million project never was | LETTER TO THE EDITOR

To the editor:

Enough already with the long ago, dead-in-the-water $40 million sewer that never was! The defeated commissioners already killed the $40 million sewer once they found out the stats — it was just something they had looked into. That is a commissioner’s job, to look at all possibilities. But it never was.

Though, Lou and Marilynn ran on this false platform of fear and scare that wasn’t even there.

In the paper just last week again they give themselves credit for stopping this sewer plan that was voted down by the previous commissioners way before Lou and Marilynn ever bothered or thought to get involved. This is like a GOP candidate running on a platform saying they will bring Iraq troops home if elected, when Obama already did it. And then once elected still promising they will bring the troops home, while the troops are already home.

So enough already, if I hear or read about the $40 million sewer that never was, I am going to cancel my subscription, after I gag.

Had it already.
