LETTERS TO THE EDITOR | Homola earns another term

May 4, 2012 · Updated 3:44 PM

To the editor:

In the last three years, I have had the opportunity to watch Angie Homola do her work as Island County commissioner and I am satisfied that she puts in more than a day’s work for a day’s pay.

At all the commissioner meetings I have attended, Angie has shown her deep knowledge of county government, fiscal issues, environmental issues and especially budget issues.

She understands the relationship between Island County and its cities and districts, and is clear on what is possible to achieve given the current economic situation. I would be very pleased to see Angie Homola continue to serve Island County as commissioner for four more years.
