To the editor:

Friendship Force of Whidbey Island would like to thank the South Whidbey School District for providing school tours for our Indonesian Friendship Force guests. We had three principals and three teachers enjoy the tour.

Jeff Cravy arranged all three tours, then led the elementary tour. At Langley Middle School our tour guide was Eric Nerison. We met at the high school for a delicious lunch. Then Scott Mauk began our tour. He then arranged for students to take the Indonesian guests to different classrooms. The principals and teachers loved the idea of student guides.

Also a special thank you to our superintendent, Jo Moccia, for making the three tours possible.
