LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Put solar team on the Wall of Fame

To the editor:

Tim Economu and the members of the South Whidbey High School solar team should all be commended both for their ability to build and race a solar powered car, and for the fact that they took top honors in the competition (The South Whidbey Record, Saturday, June 28).

Would it be too much to hope that their pictures will be shown on the Wall of Fame in the lobby outside the high school auditorium, and that their trophy will be prominently displayed, giving credit to the school and to the students?
