To the editor:

I support the the Port of South Whidbey in its endeavor to secure public support to justify the building of a brand-new 100-slip marina complete with a fuel- and pump-out dock at Langley.

The Puget Sound area is a boaters paradise. Certainly this needed project could be financed to require minimal to no taxpayer assistance over the long run, and attract capital to the South Whidbey waterfront.

Similar examples can be compared to Poulsbo, Gig Harbor and Sidney Marina in British Columbia. Thank you for your efforts.
