To the editor:

The average voter need to understand the structure of the Legislature and how it functions.

In this governing body, the 10th Legislative District has been UNDER-represented. Previously, there has been no district representation in the Majority House Caucus. This is very important since the majority party makes most of the decisions. Working in a bipartisan way and across the aisles has its limitations.

The lack of representation of the 10th Legislative district is apparent in that very little benefits for the 10th have been realized the last many years. Both House members have been in the minority party and often not been able to work with the majority.

We, the 10th Legislative District, have the opportunity to correct this mistake in November.

Tim Knue is an excellent candidate. He knows and understands the people and the problem areas of our district very well. His experience and past service to the communities of this district will make him an excellent member of the majority caucus.

Voters would be wise and prudent if they were to vote for such an excellent candidate knowing that he can deliver. He brings highly needed skills and knowledge to the table.

Knue will be a part of the majority party. It is clear and understood that the Democrats will continue to hold the majority in the house this election.

So VOTE for a great candidate who will provide excellent representation that will work for the 10th Legislative District.
