To the editor:

Island County Master Gardeners would like to thank the community for their participation in our 2009 Whidbey Gardening Workshop.

We extend a special thank you to Skagit Farmers Supply, Windermere Real Estate/Whidbey Island, Whidbey Telecom, and Mukilteo Coffee Roasters, Inc. for their sponsorship of our program. Many thanks to the local businesses and organizations who supported our workshop.

Kudos to all our instructors who volunteered their time. They have made a tremendous impact on our island living by sharing their educational expertise, and continued support of the WSU Master Gardener programs, WSU Livestock Advisors, and 4-H programs. A special thanks to Stacey Neumiller, Master Gardener program coordinator, and the WSU Extension Services staff for all their help and support to make this year’s program a huge success.
