To the editor:

The annual Readiness To Learn Box Lunch benefit happens Friday, May 15. We have always received so much community support in purchasing our fabulous lunches for $10 (delivered to your place of business) and tremendous volunteers and donations that make it all happen.

The money raised from this project allows continued support to families and students with resources to ensure our community’s children stay in school and are allowed the best possible chance for an education. We are accepting orders now through our Box Lunch hotline at 221-6808, ext. 4322.

With our declining student population, we want every child on the island to be attending school no matter what their personal circumstances. Your $10 purchase will help us achieve our goal. Thank you so much in advance.
