To the editor:

I have known Chris Jerome as a neighbor and friend for 11 years, and I am voting for him for port commissioner.

In order to succeed in its mission, the port needs leadership with a solid understanding of what businesses in the community need to thrive and grow. Chris has the ability to communicate and cooperate with other agencies in the district to get things done.

I think Chris’ entrepreneurial and management experience, education, common sense and personality suit him well for these tasks. That’s why I am voting for him, and I urge you to do the same.

If you have questions for Chris, please contact him at: PO Box 1611, Langley, WA 98260; 221-6723 or chrisjerome4psw@gmail.com.
