LETTER TO THE EDITOR | What’s to complain about?
September 23, 2009 · Updated 10:50 AM
To the editor:
Replacing a distinctive, one-of-a-kind community landmark with essentially a “McSign,” gosh, how could anyone complain about that?
It’s quite obviously a much needed, almost scandalously overdue civic improvement, don’t you agree? And, especially in this vibrantly rich economy, moving a big sign around represents a really prudent use of public funds, too.
