Archbishop Murphy stifles Falcons for boys' first conference loss

South Whidbey lost its first Cascade Conference game to Archbishop Murphy, 65-43, Friday night.
The game brought the Cougars into a tie for first place with the Falcons. The home loss dropped the Falcon boys basketball team to 6-1 in conference, 10-3 overall, and pushed the Wildcats into first place at 6-1 in conference and 8-4 overall.
