These Blue Team boys weren’t singing the blues after winning the U-12 boys division at Soccerfest on June 10.

The South Whidbey soccer team won all three games during the all-island competition in Oak Harbor to claim their age-division title.

In the first game, Max Cassee, Peter Campbell, Michael Lux and Aengus Dubendorf each scored a goal for an opening victory in the tournament.

Lux scored the only goal in the second game to keep Blue Team in the winner’s bracket, and one win away from a tournament championship.

A trio of scorers won the U-12 championship game for Blue Team. Cassee, Ari Rohan and Kellen Boyd each scored a goal. Dubendorf and Boyd shared time as goalkeeper.
