Cameron Schille's responses to the "Senior moments" questions from the Record.
What feat are you most proud of this year?
I am most proud of being a district champion.
How did your wrestling career develop?
My wrestling career helped me develop a strong respect for the sport.
What is your favorite move?
I struggled the most against kids that were good at leg riding.
Which move did you struggle against?
I remember my first match at regionals the most.
Which match do you remember most?
First match at regionals because I think I would have gone to state if I won it and, I think I should have won that match.
What tournament did you really enjoy this year?
I enjoyed the Everett tournament where I placed second, and the district tournament where I placed first.
What does it take to be a successful wrestler?
It takes courage and strength to be a sucessful wrestler.
What is your favorite moment with Coach Jim Thompson?
Any moment with Jim Thompson is a good one.
How many years did you wrestle for SWHS?
Two years.
What drew you to wrestling?
My friends encouraged me to wrestle.
Why wrestle?
Wrestling teaches you to push through hard things in lofe or sports, it is for sure the hardest sport.
