EVERETT - South Whidbey scored three runs in the fourth inning to take a 7-3 lead. The Falcons' edge was cut to 7-6 after a three-run rally in the bottom of the fourth by the Wildcats. Falcon shortstop Haley Viers hit a single in the seventh that pushed South Whidbey's lead to 8-6, and junior pitcher Alex Kubeska relieved Mackenzie Hezel for the win.
