Crabs remain undefeated

The Whidbey Crabs upped their record to 6-0 with a 17-6 thumping of host Mountlake Terrace Wednesday, April 18.

The Crabs took care of business early, scoring 16 runs in the first three innings.

Houston Schmutz and Ricky Muzzy led all hitters with three hits a piece; Peter Jacobs and Connor Antich added two each. The team rapped 16 hits in the five-inning game.

Houston Schmutz was the winning pitcher, followed on the mound by Jacobs and Antich.

Sunday the Crabs host Kirkland Olympic in a noon doubleheader the South Whidbey Park and Rec field.
