Sparkman's goal extends Falcon soccer season

LANGLEY - South Whidbey was as cool as the breeze after Burlington-Edison scored early in the first half. The Falcons scored two unanswered goals to beat the Tigers and advance in the District 1 2A boys soccer tournament.

Falcon junior midfielder Connor McCauley scored the tying goal late in the first half, and junior midfielder Guy Sparkman booted in the go-ahead score in the second half.
