South Whidbey girls soccer loses two in a row

Overtime. Again?

South Whidbey’s girls soccer team lost to Archbishop Murphy 5-0 Thursday after losing to Sultan 2-1 in a double overtime match Tuesday.

The Falcons trailed the Wildcats early. Wildcat senior forward Shelby Koch scored a pair of goals in the first half.

South Whidbey fell in the second overtime of its fourth overtime match this season. Lindsey Grimm scored late in regulation for a 1-1 tie that forced the overtime.
