Cedarcrest clamps down on South Whidbey boys soccer

Off an emotional 1-0 shoot out victory against King’s, South Whidbey failed to score and Cedarcrest dumped in three goals.

Cedarcrest’s Conner Viger scored twice and Kyle Walsh scored once. It is the third time South Whidbey was held scoreless in regulation.

The loss dropped South Whidbey (5-4 Cascade Conference; 5-4-2 overall) to fourth overall in the Cascade Conference and put Lakewood (7-2 Cascade Conference; 7-2-1 overall) ahead by two games.
