Five Cougars win track titles for Langley Middle School

A handful of Langley Middle School athletes finished their seasons as Cascade League champions.

The Cougar track and field team finished its season May 30 by snagging five individual titles.

Julia Hess won the seventh-grade 400-meter race. Bailey Forsyth won the eighth-grade 100-meter hurdles. Anna Leski claimed first place in the eighth-grade 1,600-meter run. Elizabeth Donnelly won the seventh-grade 1,600.

Sandra Lund Olson, Megan Drake, Forsyth and Leski won the 400-meter relay.
