Lady Falcons play Shorecrest on Valentine's Day

On Friday, Anacortes upset Burlington-Edison 48-42 in a 3A division crossover game, meaning South Whidbey will play the Shorecrest Highlanders (15-5), 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Shorecrest High School in Shoreline.

"They have a couple of good guards, but they're weak in the middle," Falcons Coach John Pyrtek said. "We're evenly matched (14-6 overall) and it should be a good game."

Directions to Shorecrest High School:

Head south on I-5 to the NE 145th exit. Head east on NE 145th to 25 Ave. NE, then turn left — Shorecrest High School is on the left. Drive past the school and enter the last driveway (on the left) just past the building. Athletic fields and gym are behind the school.
