The South Whidbey Falcons beat Granite Falls in volleyball in three straight games, topping the Tigers 25-18, 25-13 and 25-17.

“It was definitely a serving game, and the Falcons were on their serving game,” said Falcons Coach Mandy Jones.

“The girls played a great match, and despite all of the illnesses on the team, we seemed to have enough drive in us to want it,” she said.

Allison Wood had 12 kills and six aces for South Whidbey, Katie Holt had five kills and Kelsie Dorpat added seven aces and 11 assists.
