Falcon sophomore Anton Klein shot a 41 through nine holes at Useless Bay Golf & Country Club on Thursday to lead South Whidbey past Glacier Peak in a non-league boys golf meet.

South Whidbey, a 1A school, took down 3A Glacier Peak 232-235.

South Whidbey’s golfers were tightly grouped together.

Ian Saunsaucie shot a 46, followed closely by Thorin Helmersen with a 47 and Jacob Nelson with a 48. Jeff Bueler shot a 50 through the cold and windy conditions.
