South Whidbey’s softball team pulled out an 18-1 victory against Port Townsend at South Whidbey High School on March 26.

South Whidbey’s softball team pulled out an 18-1 victory against Port Townsend at South Whidbey High School on March 26.

The game ended after five innings due to the mercy rule, as sophomore Mackenzee Collins pitched five innings with 15 strikeouts. Freshman Myah Majestic led the team in hitting, going 2-3 with two runs and one RBI.

The Falcons played Lakewood after The Record’s deadline on March 29. They play Cedar Park Christian at 4 p.m. on March 31 at South Whidbey High School.
