South Whidbey’s baseball team, looking to bounce back from the loss to Granite Falls on March 25, recorded an 11-1 win against Port Townsend on March 28 at South Whidbey High School.

South Whidbey’s baseball team, looking to bounce back from the loss to Granite Falls on March 25, recorded an 11-1 win against Port Townsend on March 28 at South Whidbey High School. The game ended after five innings due to the 10-run mercy rule. Falcon seniors Ricky Muzzy and Josiah Colby led the team in hitting, going 2-for-3 and 2-for-2, respectively. They also scored one run each.

The Falcons improved to 3-2 overall and 2-2 in the Cascade Conference. The returning Class 1A state runner-ups play at Archbishop Murphy today. They will play the Wildcats again on Friday, April 1.
