The Clinton Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help at the information booth at the Island County Fair on Friday, Aug. 19.

A couple of helpers are needed to cover the 2 to 6 p.m. shift; volunteers help visitors to the fair by giving directions to the barns and the restrooms, and also hand out buttons to the lucky children who complete the Fair Passport.

The admission to the fair for the volunteers will be covered by the chamber, and the volunteers will get a chance to see Danny Vernon with his Illusions of Elvis performance that night.
