Letter: Bullying is not complex, skills help children cope

Editor,

Recently, in your paper, a parent lamented the fact her young children face bullying in a local school. Her children can learn new skills and cease being victims. An equally concerned adult told me it is a very complex problem. That sentiment is silly and a part of the problem. Bullies are as old as dirt and not complex.

Summer is a good time to discover what she can do as a concerned mother to give her children new skills for a new school year.
