Your political cartoon artist is obviously just another liberal propagandist. His cartoon regarding the state of Georgia’s refined voting law does not prohibit voters from drinking water while standing in line to vote. It simply forbids political promotion by individuals who hand out water and food as a pretense to influence voters during in person voting.

He obviously doesn’t think your readers are very well informed.
