Why are the dog parks still closed? My dog, Scout, misses his daily trips to the park. I’m sure that all of the other dogs that usually take advantage of the park are missing it as well. There is much less person-to-person contact at the dog park than there is on a golf course and golf courses have been open for weeks.

Come on, parks department, give the dogs a break.
