There are angels in this world, and angel(s) found and turned in my gold carry purse at the Oak Harbor Walmart the afternoon of Monday, Nov. 26. My heart stopped when I realized it was gone. I also thought the worst of people, believing that it was taken from the shopping cart, while in fact I had set it down on a shelf and didn’t remember doing so.

Thank you for restoring my “life” – ID, credit cards, phone, check book. I would have lost it all.

Thank you for restoring and strengthening my faith in people, this community.

Whoever you are, your action brings goodness to me and greatness in my eyes of you. I don’t know who you are, and I know thanks are inadequate.

I want to shout from the rooftops that you are great. Thank you so much. I wish you the best and I wish for myself and all of us the chance to be so great.
