Letter: Nope, that Oak Harbor building is not a stinky school

Editor,

This really should begin, “Dear city.” Since the time of completion, Oak Harbor’s poop processing plant, or PPP, continues to look good, but smell bad.

With spring and lighter winds, it is obvious that a foul odor continues to escape. Repeated calls over the last two weeks to the regulating agency, Clean Air Northwest, get logged but not replied to.

The last strangers who asked me if the building housed a school I had to tell them no, it was PPP, and no school parent would have tolerated the stink that comes from this city structure.
