What prevents Washington State Ferries from issuing a monthly pass for residents of the island?

What prevents WSF from allowing island residents from early loading both to and from Mukilteo?

What prevents WSF from using the alternative landing at Clinton from use in-between the other two ferries while running?

Probably laziness to add features which can do more good for the many who use the ferry service from our island.

Not enough people complain, yet the process can be improved.

I’m happy we have service to the mainland. However, I would be the first to stand up and say, “It could be much better,” and isn’t.
