To the students who marched, thank you! We hear you. You bring hope back to we “adults” who should have dealt with this gun problem years ago.

To be so united in such a beautiful way touches my heart. We are with you and know you will succeed. To hear “kids” as young as 11 speak so smart, eloquent and brave makes me weep.

What a bright future we will have with the likes of you leading us. It may be a long and uphill battle, but as united and single-minded as you are, you can not help but succeed.

You are on the right side of history. I am immensely proud of you.
