Mukilteo officers were closest to the scene, so they handled the call. Murphy said the boy probably boarded the Cathlamet in Clinton.Susan Harris, a public information officer with Washington State Ferries, said arrest delayed the Cathlamet’s 6 p.m. sailing by about 20 minutes. “
