The Clinton-Mukilteo ferry route was on-time a lot earlier this year. Washington State Ferries announced its third quarter report, and the South Whidbey connection was one of the most punctual routes in the state, with 99.7 percent of all trips departing and arriving on-time.

From the third quarter from January to March of fiscal year 2011, the Clinton-Mukilteo ferries improved their on-time trips by 2.5 percent, or a total on 6,552 sailings.
