Canceled: Homelessness task force to host public meeting

The public meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on May 13 at Oak Harbor High School.

Oak Harbor Mayor Ronnie Wright’s Pathways to Stability Task Force will host a public meeting to provide an update on its efforts to address homelessness in Oak Harbor, according to a city press release.

Established earlier this year, the task force has been working to identify effective solutions and support services for our unhoused community.

The meeting will offer an opportunity for residents to learn about the ongoing initiatives, ask questions and engage with task force members about the progress being made.

The city encourages community members to attend and share their thoughts as the task force continues its mission to create lasting solutions for homelessness in Oak Harbor.

The public meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on May 13 at Oak Harbor High School (in the SUB), 1 Wildcat Way.
