“South Whidbey Post 141 split its double-header Sunday, losing the first game to Mariner 6-3 and winning the second game by the identical score of 6-3.Caden Russel pitched a complete game in the opener. While South Whidbey had the bases loaded three times they couldn’t find the clutch hit to put them ahead.In the second game, starter Jimmy Davis went 4 2/3 innings while giving up one run.
