The following were calls made to the Island County Sheriff’s Department:

Friday, Sept. 18

At 8:16 p.m., a Lone Lake Road resident reported smelling an odd smell.

Saturday, Sept. 19

At 11:38 a.m., a Forest Glen Road resident reported that two people clawed each other’s faces.

At 2:29 p.m., a caller reported walking by a car on Bayview Road and seeing a man with his legs sticking out. The caller returned a week later and the man was in the same position.

At 4:20 p.m., a Morgan Road resident reported that a plane circled low over the property three times.

At 10:44 p.m., a caller reported that a man was living in a shed on Harper Street.

Sunday, Sept. 20

At 12:57 p.m., an Oak Harbor resident reported that he has some old sheriff’s office uniforms.

At 1 p.m., a Deer Lake Road resident reported that a neighbor set off a bomb.

At 1:31 p.m., a Barque Road resident reported that his ex-wife has lost her mind.

Monday, Sept. 21

At 12:12 p.m., a Taylor Road resident reported that someone defecated on the front porch.

At 2:20 p.m., chainsaws were reportedly stolen from a work shed on Talking Circle.

At 7:10 p.m., a caller reported that a bright green motorcyclist was speeding through Freeland.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

At 3:41 p.m., a caller reported that two roosters were abandoned on the side of Bonnie View Acres Road.

At 9:09 p.m., an April Drive resident reported that people who were driving up and down the road slowly told the caller that “Gremlins stole their windows.”

Wednesday, Sept. 23

At 9:16 p.m, a Northgate Drive woman reported that a man had been texting her daughter and saying he was going to kill her and tamper with her vehicle.

At 11:56 p.m., a Stellar Lane resident reported that two guys who “run this place” are threatening the caller and throwing rocks.

Thursday, Sept. 24

At 8:48 a.m., a Hersig Road caller reported being attacked by a man with a hammer.

Friday, Sept. 25

At 11:27 a.m., a driver reported that a young man with “slight facial hair” was putting on a dress on the side of Fort Nugent Road. The caller stopped to ask the man what he was doing and he said he was a serial killer.
