South Whidbey residents Sandi Coutts and Kurt Warwick finished the 26.2-mile Boston Marathon on April 21.

From Langley, Sandi Coutts, 46, finished in 3:42:03.

Clinton resident Kurt Warwick, a 25-year-old machinist at Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, came in 185th overall — 162nd among male runners, with a time of 2:26:41 in his second year running the race.
